Bound in full vellum, the upper cover set with a hand-painted blue arabesque panel enclosing with “OMAR KHAYYAM” lettered within; small painted floral device to the spine and a matching ornament to the rear cover. Vivid marbled endpapers. Measures approx. 4.5" x 6.5". Vellum with natural mellowing, some handling marks, spine a bit toned with some wear & darkening to upper edge. Covers slightly bowed.
The only clues to whom the binder may have been are found in one of the other volumes from this grouping.
