Original wrappers bound in at front and rear.
Bound in full vellum with a large hand painted red diapered panel of repeating stylized blossoms and a central scalloped cartouche painted with two lovers within a gilt border. Small painted jug device to the spine and a floral spray to the lower cover. Measures 4.5" x 6.25". Vellum with some natural mellowing, a few minor handling marks, top of spine with a bit of darkening. Light, even toning to the text block.
The only clues to whom the binder may have been are found in one of the other volumes from this grouping.
