Limited to 5 copies on Japan vellum, with "initials illumined by hand, and bound in flexible ooze calf, silk-lined", and signed by John H. Eggers, president of the Winthrop Press. Portrait frontispiece. Nine initials and a headpiece have been illuminated, certainly taking inspiration from the Kelmscott Press, with the whole production clearly influenced by the work of Elbert Hubbard and the Roycrofters. Measures 5.25" x 7.5". Some browning and light wear to edges.

The volume transcribes a sermon given by Tuttle at the United Methodist Church in Summit, NJ, regarding how to set young men upon a godly path. The "regular" edition was limited to just 50 copies on handmade paper, resulting in but a single copy held in OCLC. Interestingly, the Winthrop Press was primarily a commercial press and published a wide variety of material, with very little of it in this vein. Thus, it seems possible this may have been a passion project for Eggers.
